I think the A H Archery website sells them.  I have struggled with target panic for several years his method helped me more than anything else I tried.  Not totally cured but, now can control my shot sequence much better. May not work for you but, I would recommend giving it a fair trial.

Joel talked at the PBS Banquet this past spring.  I was hesitant to attend cause it was on target panic which I didn't think I had.  He completely changed the way I shoot getting me to full draw every time now.  I really like his system as I seemed to have a floating anchor...tippit

He has a great online course at ironmindhunting.com. His videos are good but nowhere near as good as the online course. If you can get to one of his clinics is even better. He can help you shoot any weapon better.

His methods really helped me improve, as well as keeping target panic out of the equation.

He explains the meat and potatoes of it all in Masters of the Barebow vol. 4 if you haven't had a chance to see it yet.

Joel is a fantasic guy and he will help you. I havent bought anything except his first dvd and have spoken with him afterwards. The mantra is the key for me and learning shot discipline. It is hard when under pressure but Im learning every day. I very rarely shoot a shot that wasnt at full draw. The key for me has been not even beginning my mantra until im at anchor. My mantra is ANCHOR- HOLD ( the hold is also the time when Im focusing on the spot and deciding whether or not to release) and then RELEASE. The thing that clicked for me in his first video was "quit slowly drawing the bow, get back to anchor like you used to when you shot wheels". It was like a lightswitch.

I still mess up and Ill battle this forever, but Im beating it normally.
