I'm too patchy to grow a decent full beard so I've always done the goatee and mustache. Been doing this for many years starting on Labor Day weekend and not shaving it until Easter. Wife is not fond of the beard but does like the mustache. These days I'm not sure it has any camo value as my head and beard is all white now.

biggest pet peeve of mine due to my company mandatory shaving policy! if it were not for that I would look like a cave man by choice.

I met my wife in 1998-she's never seen me clean shaven, or with short hair, and never will!! At age 65, with 20 years in the military and a couple of years in emergency response-I've earned my beard and pony tail.

Always start mine on Labor Day. It comes off after the annual hunt at Wild Things. The Fa Kow Ee always look pretty grubby on the hunt but we clean up nice.

I shaved about 10 years or so ago. Shocked my wife and two daughters, they told me not to do that ever again!
