Unacceptable!  I think that I would be calling the bowyer and getting my money back.

If that copper dot is a penny, your bow is a very tiny one.

Oh, yes, the tiller is off also but that's to be expected on such little bows.

OK, seriously...
Get your money back. If not publish the bowyers name here and on every other trad archery forum and magazine you can find.

I've got a bow built for you. I really like this design it seems really fast. I just wanted to touch base with you and let you know I'll get a bow out to you in a few days.

Thanks, Wes

I don't think I got an email honestly. I think I"m having email trouble again. I emailed a guy for a month before we figured out he wasn't getting mine. Anyway, I will be done. I built one but lost the reflex in the grip so have another that is highly reflexed that I'm working on now. I plan on finishing it next week.

Hey Mr. Martin I haven't heard back from you regarding my last email and your thoughts on my bow being shipped by the Texas archery opener(sept 29)
If you honestly don't think it will be ready please just let me know so I can start looking for a loaner, I still have 2 weeks before Sat Sept 29th.
Either way please send me an email.
                    Thanks Ray Villegas

That really sucks.

Wonder what it looks like drawn. It really looks like the relex came out of the limb on the right.

There are enough threads about this bowyer for me to skip several "good looking" ones on E-XXX.  I feel for you brother.

To many good deals here and through reputable bowyers to be taking chances on the auction site.  Unfortunately your not the first or last to be taken for a ride.  Sorry about your luck. Tim
