Art Williams Recurve bow

I'm relatively new to trad archery but I am trying to help an old archer out. Due to health concerns he's retiring from shooting. He has a 69# Williams Recurve bow from Ladysmith, BC. I said I would try and get him a decent price for it but have not been able to find any information on it. I can find plenty on Art Williams the bowyer (and drug smuggler) but very little about his bows. Can anyone point me to someone who might be able to give me some information on it and what it might be worth?
