Wood arrow suggestions

I have a Dan Toelke Super D that is 68" 50@28. I draw this bow around 29.25-29.5. This how is cut very close to center.
I want to get tapered shafts. I am not sure if I should get 60-65 or 65-70 spine shafts that would be 30". I would most likely use 125 grain tips. I also would like to know who would be the best option to buy these shafts from. When it comes to shaft material I don't know exactly what I want either. Thinking something a little heavier and more durable than cedar.

My favorite is lodgepole as I do not like real heavy shafts. They are tougher than cedar by quite a bit IME. Fir comes next in the line of affordable wood shafts.Good fir can be even tougher and physical weights seem to start at where lodgepole leave off. For really heavy stuff go with hardwoods like maple or my preference is larch. The down side of larch and fir is they want to "feather" up on the grain where hardwoods don't. The downside of hardwoods is getting and keeping them straight but once you do they pretty much stay that way if sealed well and taken care of. Don't forget sitka spruce for a lighter and tough shafting that is ready to go as shafting from MANY dealers. If you buy bulk and need matched weights really close then weigh and group them. You can bring lighter ones up in weight with an extra dip by about 10 grains per dip depending on what finish you use. (try not to dip more than twice extra as the finish will get too thick and can cause issues burning into some targets even with arrow lube. Some finishes just aren't that hard.
