2017 Bows
« on: December 09, 2016, 06:49:00 PM »
Whether a new introductory for 2017, or a new bow for the individual or a used bow which is new to the individual inherently possesses gratifying anticipation.

Received mine early,  this afternoon to be more precise...A Centaur Carbon Elite w/DM...she is setup and ready to take to the field tomorrow afternoon.

Hope many find their new joys in 2017.

Good luck with her, Scott!

I have a hankering for a new bow. It will be the exact same as my old bow, a Sarrels Blueridge, just have a "new" look.

I'm really hoping to add a longbow to my arsenal soon! I don't know that my wife feels the same way though.

Well, I just got a new custom bow. I got a Vintage Works 1962 Kodiak reproduction. Actually I did not expect it till 2017 but it came early. Sorry no pics, Photobucket has locked up on me whenever I try it lately.

I couldn't pass up a deal today on a used Bear Grizzly that Big Jim had on sale.  Will probably make it here before 2017, but I won't get to do much with it.

I am in the market. Had my current bow fail on me recently.

Leaning towards a toelke super static, a sarrels blue ridge, or sarrels puma. That's assuming a big Jim thunderchild doesn't pop up in the classifieds...

Got the call last week that my Javaman Assyrian is in the works. Very excited. With any luck it may still make it in time for a late season hunt. THAT would start 2017 off on the right foot!

Got a JD Berry Heritage should be ready around March and am on the list with Steve Turray, but I can't decide which model to go with...Shelton or Ramer.  It's a heck of a decision.

Fun stuff!

I bought only one in 2016. Nothing in the hopper for 2017.
