Anyone knows if the trad collars for 340 spine would fit .250 spine BE Rampage? Rampage OD is .276" but I cannot find the measurement for the ID of these ballistic collars.

Check out Abowyer's impact collars. I have been shooting them for apx 3 months on Easton Axis and FMJ 500's.
Nicely tapered so they pull easy from a target. Very easy way to add point weight w/o having to deal with brass inserts.
Easy to install and remove.

Onions, the abowyer collars, do they have a lip on the end so they don't push down the shaft like a piece of aluminum arrow footing would?

Yes, the collars do have a "lip". The "lip" covers the end of the shaft.

Just slip the collar onto the shaft, then screw your field point or broadhead on. No gluing necessary.
