Easy to use GPS

I had a couple older ones and never really figured them out. Cabelas has a Oregon 600 on sale but from watching videos the Montana seems easier. Any suggestions?

I have an Etrex 20x. It's a little simpler version of the oregon series. It also still has the high sensitivity receiver. It's simple to use and gets signal everywhere. With Glonass and GPS enabled on it, it's usually accurate to 15ft or better.

It is easy to navigate through the menus and also takes the Hunt Map cards.

The two you mentioned may be easy to use also, I have never used them though.

I have seen the 64s on sale for about 200 dollars.

I actually use my Android phone. I have downloaded LocusMap, which works with the phone GPS rather than data package (unless you start using the advanced functions like weather forecast, etc.).
I found it very useful. If you use the GPS a lot, and plan to stay out the whole day, you may want to buy a portable power bank, for 15-20 dollars should be able to re-charge your phone at least a couple of times.

Both 64 and etrex have great reviews. I found 64 for $199 says base model,$249 with blue tooth and antenna???

I use my galaxy s6 cell phone and google maps. Works great and I carry the backup power charger plus a garmin gps and compass. I'm covered. LOL

I have the Montana and have used the Oregon as well.  They operate the same to me.  Very easy to use and highly accurate.  Touch screen is the only way to go IMO.  

The only  real difference  to decide between the two is screen size.  My older eyes like the bigger Montana.

I've got a garmin etrex high sensitivity that is about 7 years old and easy to use.

GAIA GPS app for phone. Unless you're going into a super remote area it's as good or better than any GPS. Even in a remote area it's just as good providing you download the maps ahead of time
