Thank you Mountain Muffler strings
« on: January 16, 2017, 07:24:00 PM »
Just before Christmas I emailed Steve, requesting a string for a kid's bow.
Steve told me that he was about to have a knee surgery so I would have to wait a bit.
boy I didn't have to wait long. A few days later, without me having paid for the string, there it was in my front door.. according to Steve it was a late Christmas presents for the kiddos.
Steve I really appreciate it that despite your pain you found the time to make me a perfect little string. Get better soon bro, me and the little ones thank you!

Pics from today..

Chris,

Looking good!  What brand kids bow is that?

Hope all is going well for you, Tommy and me will miss you at the Spring Fling next month.

After reading this thread I googled mountain muffler strings and found a website.  Not sure it is the correct one though.

Hey John I have missed both of you as well as the event. This is the last one I am gonna miss as in March I am quitting the second part time job that has been keeping me away the last couple of years.
It worked well for me as I managed to pay off credit cards and get a new truck but it has taken its toll in the sense that I barely had time for myself, the family rather alone archery or hunting. I feel like I am about to finish a marathon..

As far as Mountain Muffler strings I am not going to post any info as I am not sure if Steve is a sponsor or not.
As far as the little bow goes, I bought it from Three Rivers and it is a Greatree Archery, Sparowhawk.
I am extremely pleased with it.
The arrows are 1300! spine, bought from Custom King and with feathers and tip come to about 200gn! Crazy light!

Well good, I'm glad things are looking up. Must keep the family as a priority!

And that's a good looking little bow!
