OK so here goes with another question. How do I determine my draw length do I measure to the front of the riser, to the back of the riser, or maybe to the middle. Help please.

Measure to the side of the riser toward the point of the arrow or farthest away from you.  I call it the back or the bow I am not sure if everybody calls it the same.

its from the point of anchor should be at the corner of ya mouth to the other side of the riser that ya cant see in other words the back of the bow and go about 1" past that for broadheads. hope this helps ya.

The correct terminology is as follows, the back of the bow is the side of the bow that faces what you are shooting at,  the face of the bow is the side of the bow you see when you draw.  To measure "Traditional Draw", which is what most of us use, you should measure from the back of the bow, to the point of anchor.

For "True Draw", and Jennings Archery was the only company that I have ever known to use this method, is measured from the sight window on the face of the bow to the point of anchor.

I hope I cleared it up for you.  As stated above, please leave additional length for broadhead.

KIP
I am from the far north. West Monroe is about half way between Shreveport and Vicksburg but if I was on my long weekend off I might find my way down to see you. If you could e mail me a schedule of your shoots I could try to make one.
