I'm betting any hunt with Charlie Lamb would be memorable. That man always looks as happy as a pig in &#%@ just to have a bow in his hand.

My most memorable hunt with longbow was a wv whitetail hunt that turned into a coyote hunt when one came trotting by at 11 yards. Then I had to carry that flea bag over a mile back to my vehicle.

My favorite hunts are the ones I got to spend with my Grandpa, and my Dad both of whom have passed.  Great memories being able to grow up tagging along with them, and being able to spend time in the woods with them.  The time I get to spend hunting with my brother are also my favorites.
Too many bows to list, and so many more I want to try!  Keep the wind in your face, and your broadheads sharp.

Wyoming Wilderness Elk hunting in the Thorofare region. Look forward to that hunt every year even though it is an 8 to 10 hour horseback ride.

All the times with my dad when he started letting me tag along when I was about ten.  Lots of lessons on sitting still and reading the wind.  It was a huge thrill.

My last hunt with my dad was just after I got out of college and we went off for a weekend of mulie hunting.  I saw that he was shooting some store bought cheapo arrows that he had put his bear razor heads on.  They were all crooked.  It was the first sign that my dad was in the early stages of alzheimers.

Next to that is whatever the next trip is that I'm planning.

My favorites would have to Caribou first, from Alaska to Newfoundland the country you hunt them in is beautiful, Elk second, again the scenery, Spring bear would be third but the one everyone should do at least once is Africa, pretty hard to compare to anywhere else I've been.

Chasing elk in the high mountains tops it for me. The physically hardest hunt ever, but man! So much fun and adrenaline when they are bugling back and coming in to challenge YOU.

Took two trips to Quebec after Caribou. The first trip in '99 there were 9 of us that traveled up together. Saw a few Caribou and if memory serves me correctly there were 10 Caribou that made the trip back to Indiana...none were mine though. Even though I came home without an animal, it was probably the best trip I have ever been on. Good friends, comradery, fresh fish for supper and the Northern Lights at night!
Three of us from the trip in '99 booked for 2003. We ended up in a large base type camp that housed 20 hunters in all. I wasn't sure how that was going to work out with that many hunters, but we hit the "migration" and it was crazy. I had killed out by day 3 and could've killed out on the first day, but with that many Caribou I was being fairly picky. We saw hundreds of Caribou each day and I had over 1000 come through on the day I killed out.
Things are much different in Quebec now and those days are over. I feel blessed to have had the chance to hunt for Quebec/Labrador Caribou and to stomp around in that beautiful country and to have been fortunate enough to kill two nice bulls.

Bear Quest with Tom Philips!!!!!!!

I went in 2016 and although I wasn't successful, it was the most fun I've ever had on a hunt.  I plan on going again in 2018.

Africa hands down, if I could afford it I would go every year. Kansas whitetail hunts have also been good to me. Love pursuing mature whitetails.

The Edmonton Bowzone in Alberta. Magical place! I can't wait to go back.
