Isn't james being built or just finished. I saw James's bow when I visited Norman a month ago.

I really liked the riser grip on the takedown.

Hey guys, the pic your looking at is actually James' bow and yes he is shooting it.

I'm at the house now.
Had cabin fever yesterday so I went for a drive into blacktail country that turned into a short hike. It's a new spot that I've been watching for a year and was very pleased to find 3 buck antlers. The one was a very nice 4 pt with an extra cheater off the top of the G2. Plus there were some serious buck  rubs in the area. I'm working on two videos and using several clips of your material Newhouse, hope to post the first in a few weeks.

I know that James has had the bow for a while. I shot it myself a couple of times. A SWEET shooter for sure. The grip is a little funky for me but it didn't seem bother my shooting with it!  Chris, ready for spring bears??

I wasn't able to get a tag, they evidently sold out.... bummer. Some monster size bears out there. I was at the sport show yesterday in Roseburg and a hunter brought in the new #2 state black bear skull. It's 22 1/8 monster. I was also told that between the this show and Eugene show several bears with 20" skulls were scored... incredible! That 22"er looked like a brown bear skull it was soooo big. Can't imagine what that looked like on the paw.

What do find strange about the grip? I've been drooling on the website pics since I found out about the new rd longbow. Just got my second recurve back in December and didn't even know this longbow was out!

Very very nice...

I can't work out if I like this one piece or the new 3 piece ?!

My hand fit like a glove into the 3 piece. No comparison or second thought on which I'd go with. 3 piece for sure.

My Sitka recurve is shipping out next week.

Woodpuppy,I found that for me, I had to actually rotate my wrist into the grip a little to get the proper support of the bow. My friend that has one thought the same for a while but he has gotten used to it. Last Saturday he turned in a 336 score on a 40 target 3D shoot. I turned in a paltry 296 for the same shoot.
