Celebrating Presidents' Day
« on: February 20, 2017, 04:59:00 PM »
Weather here in MD is spectacular and after doing some shooting today I had some time to spare. Decided to work on some arrows that were in need of some TLC while listening to Steven Rinella on the Meateater Podcast discuss grizzly bears. No better way to celebrate Presidents' Day.    :archer:

I always appreciate paid holidays. I remember the very first paid day off I ever had.....I never take them for granted.

Alvey, Several years ago the color pink started showing up to my ever worsening eyes so I tend to shoot a LOT of pink fletching now.

It has rained almost all month up here in the Sierras, but we need it.  We'll have those nice days soon.

Interesting paint scheme on the arrows...is that a tiger-stripe camo?

Captain, They are all GT blems from Big Jim. One lonely wood grain, some pink camo Nugents, and the others are called something else but are pink too.

They are pretty easy to find at shoots when ones doesn't quite find it's mark!
