Don't know that you can beat their customer service. That is just as important to me as how good their bows are. I have really trimmed back a lot of possessions lately, guns and bows, because you get to the point where stuff starts to own you. But, my Black Widow will not go anywhere because I know if something goes wrong a week before deer season, they would bend over backwards to get me new limbs. Great product and great folks at BW!

They did a couple of bows for me few years back and they did a excellent job also sent a riser to them to change the grip from Asbell to standard and when I got it back they changed it to a lower I called them and they made a new riser for free now that is what I call outstanding customer service.
