My 2016 mount
« on: March 25, 2017, 05:30:00 PM »
I just picked up my coyote mount from my taxidermist.  I killed it opening morning of this past season.

I have quite a few mounts (OK, well....a lot!)  This one is hands down one of my favorites.

Good idea Alan. I like it!  And he doesn't take up a bunch of space either.

Thanks guys. It will go well with my red fox that I killed a few years ago with my recurve.  These pedestal mounts are really nice!

Wow awesome mounts. I missed a coyote before with my recurve. It felt worse than missing a giant whitetail. You got skills lol

Thanks!  when I killed the fox with my recurve, my taxidermist said that it was a better accomplishment than killing a big buck with a compound or gun.  He's a pretty good salesman, but I kind of agree with him.  The coyote is another step up from the fox.  I also have a full body mount fox that I killed with another weapon a bunch of years ago.

Very nice! It would not have crossed my mind to do a head mount on a coyote.
