Received email from Blacktail.

OK, I received an email from Blacktail telling me it is about time to begin building my Sitka and I needed to make any final changes.

For those of you who have done this and have experience once you have received notice about how much longer does it take before you receive your bow?

Once Norm contacted me so that I could make my final decision on my "Snake-Bit".... It was probably about 2 months out.... but that was before his business expanded.

Norm is a very personable individual... and I would encourage you to just give him a call... or drop him an e-mail and he will let you know!

I have never regretted my purchase.... and have taken quite a few deer, and a nice 4X5 Roosevelt this last September.  I believe you are gonna love your new bow!

Respectfully,

Donnie

My second bow was quite a bit faster than my first, ordered over a decade ago. Some time later I ordered a lighter set of limbs for my old riser, then this past May I decided to order a new riser for those limbs! So my "new" bow is a hybrid, limbs by Norm in Oregon and riser made in Indiana. I ordered the riser 5/18/16, received the email to send in my limbs to be matched to my new riser 9/28/16, received the complete bow 12/6/16. I think my first bow took 11 months. I can safely say quality has not slipped with the expansion of the company. My wife would kill me, but it would be nice to have a one piece too   ;)
