Serial numbers are only good from 65-69 when dating bears.

Mark R, 1970-76 used sequential numbers that refreshed around 100,000 so photos are needed, as the riser woods, tip colors, riser laminations were identifiers.

It is a 1964 based on the photo I saw of it on facebook.
