Hi Charlie,
Ironically I shot there last weekend in the pouring rain. Have a great shoot and I hope the weather is better for you than it was for me. I wish you the very best Charlie and have a safe move.

Regards,
Rick

Congrats on the new job and change of scenery! I have an interview next week for a position that would also require a major relocation so I completely understand what you're going through. Only I'd be heading way south. Hopefully ill be able to post similar news in the new future! Good luck on the next chapter in your life!

You should check out the trout fishing in the area around Westby and Coon Valley. It is a fly fisherman's dream location -- lots of beautiful spring creeks with brookies and browns. And as you know, great deer hunting in WI. Best of luck with the move. Hope our paths cross again soon.

So happy to see this final work out for you, I know it's been a long process.

We had a good turn out to send Charlie off. A bunch of us got together and shot a 3-D to say farewell. Some good laughs were had and in general a great time. We will miss him.

Good luck Charlie!  I'm not far behind you, but will likely pull up a bit short in Indiana. See you in Madison.

Mike you have a nice place and I will always have the wonderful memories.

Ron, you guys sure did not disappoint. Great turn out with some of the best guys I have ever known. Sorry I had to exit quickly but too many things to finish up on a short time. I will miss shooting with you guys.
Relax,

Checking in for the first time in Wisconsin. Drove straight from NY to Wausau. It was a long trip and now time to unpack.

Charlie, Glad to see you made it there okay.

Charlie, Check out the Rib Mountain Bowmen club located west of Brokaw (couple miles north of Wausau). A great place to shoot and has a fairly large core group of stickbow shooters. Broadhead league starts mid-June, after the Badger State Games concludes. Hope to see you there.

Yes living in Wausau. Tom, I took Archery merit badge there. I'll look at getting over there once settled.
After unloading the truck, I checked trail cameras. Had a lot of turkeys, lots of deer, a doe with a fawn which went missing after day 2. A lot of coyotes and a 3.5 foot tall black bear. Also a sand hill crane.
Relax,

You'll live longer!
