Going back again this year. Long drive but worth every bump in the road. Hope the weather plays nice.

Do most of the bowyers bring a decent selection of bows? I've got some $ I've been saving and it's time for a new longbow!

It varies We all bring what we have but some may have a few, some more.  We will have about 14 or 15 Longbows and about the same number of Recurves.

Just a week away, see you all there

Terry,
Wish that northern mist was 45lbs. Been on the lookout for a baraga or superior FOREVER but can't find one at 45lbs.

I got a phone call from Steve at Northern Mist today...my bow will be done in time for Compton, but unfortunately he has had a severe eye infection, and can't drive until Thursday.  He wont be able to make it to Compton this year.  Glad he is doing better, and i know the extra wait for him to ship it will be worth it.

I'm looking forward to it as well.  It's fun to take some days off to wander around the event and shoot through the 3D courses over and over!
