Real Barred Feather Combinations
« on: June 29, 2017, 11:14:00 AM »
Hey Guys,

I sent a bunch of real turkeys feathers to Josh and he did a fantastic job grinding them down. I want to fletch up some arrows and would like to see everybody's feather combinations they have done for some ideas. Please post some pictures of yours!

Thanks!

Don't know how to post pix, but i go with a barred red cock feather and two natural barred hen feathers or all three natural barred feathers for three fletch and two red barred and two gray barred for four fletch.

I like to dye natural turkey feathers in kool-aid over night to get different color combinations.  It's cheap and works very well.

Mine are all Josh's feathers.  My daughter likes the blue/gray Truflight combo.
