Hoyt Satori arrows?
« on: July 11, 2017, 11:04:00 PM »
Hey All,
I have a new 21" riser satori with long limbs on the way. It is 40@28". My draw is 30" so I think it should end up around 45-46 pounds at 30". I was wondering what spine I should go with. I would like to use 200 grain points, and I need an arrow at least 31" long. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I go along with that. That riser is cut way past center and with the side plates you can tune easy enough. I have a shooting buddy that has the 17" and 19" risers. His favorite is the 17" riser with Hex 6.5 limbs. His 35# bow shoots my 500 grain arrows as well as my bow does.

My bow came in today. I ended up going with an Easton hex 400 spine with 75 grain brass insert and 200 grain point. I got it shooting bareshafts great. I left the arrows full length at 31". Bow is pulling right at 47 lbs at my draw length. Thanks for the recommendations. My arrow weighs in right at 525 grains. Gonna try to chronograph it tomorrow.
