Using GN Quick Connect Quiver on 1 piece bow???
« on: July 12, 2017, 02:25:00 PM »
Have any of you ever used a Great Northern quick connect quiver on a non-take-down bow?  I have an extra one and was wondering if using 2-sided tape for the brackets (that typically go under the limb bolts) and sticking them to the limb backs would work?

I was hoping to hear some experiences...

Yes and no. I have used them but I don't think the double-sided tape alone would work.

I had a wide rubber strap similar in size to the GN strap on that I wrapped around the limb with the quick mounts in place. It worked very well and the quiver was very easy to remove from the bow. I suspect you could electrical tape the mount on as well.
I had a really good group going... until I shot the second arrow.

My best bows are the ones someone else didn't want.
