I would like to try a new string on my PLX, I have the BW D-97 on it. I want a quiet string but not a skinny string, and suggestions?

Learn to build your own. Sure it will take a few $$$ to get going but it's not rocket science. It's like building your own arrows. It gives a sense of accomplishment.

I'm obviously late, but I'd suggest BCY-X. 20 strands with the loops padded to 24 is the ticket for me.
