Your bows are cut pretty well past center, so you might go one spine group higher than the usual.
The length of your arrow to back of point, and the point weight you're wanting to shoot, will affect what spine you'll want, if you tell us that, we can help further. For wood arrows, I'd figure that a 55-60 spine, 27.5" BOP, with a 145 point would be mighty close. I'd start tuning it with a little longer arrow, cut down 1/2" at a time and/or go up or down a little in point weight to tweak.
