Cheap Kids Arrows For A 30# Recurve?

I just bought some el cheapo wood 26" kids arrows from Academy (Game Winner brand) for informal target shooting. These are the kind that have a metal tip glued on and cost $1.50, made of wood. Draw weight was marked no where on the box or arrows. Do you think it would be safe to shoot these in a 30# recurve?

Most of the ones I have seen are safe up to 30-35 lbs.
