These things look really modern.
Two piece take down, with an ofset at an angle riser.
Does anyone shoot these regularly? How do you find the take-down and the tilted grip?
Is the take down solid after all these years?
What about performance?
If anzone has some pics I would like to see them.
Cheers

A buddy of mine had two of them. Probably one of the nicest shooting recurves I've ever shot. Not the fastest bow in the world, but very respectable and beyond smooth. These were made '57,'58 and were as tight as the day they were made. If I could find one I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

They look really cool and practical.. Not gimmicky..
I wonder why modern day bowyers aren't making them. There seems to be a real market for 50's style bows..
Why not offset the handle, if they could in the past...
Cheers
