Thanks yall!   South MS Bowhunter I'm using a Canon 7D mark II.  The lens is just the crappy 18-135 kit lens because all of my other lenses are primes (except the 70-300 which is too much for up close treestand filming.)

Great video. Really thought I was in the tree watching. Congrats to Drake and you. Job well done. I probably saw more deer on that video then I will see live all season. Just the way it is. Thanks for sharing.   :clapper:

Thanks guys, we really appreciate it.  And I'm not sure why the deer are so concentrated in this area right now but we're definitely going to enjoy it while it lasts.  We went back out yesterday evening and had shot opportunities at at least 5 different bucks.  Since he has now taken his first doe and buck, he's looking for a specific deer we have on camera.

First off I'd like to say Drake has great self control and presence off mind during crunch time and thats tremendous I've been hunting for many years and still struggle during those moments. Congratulations to him on two wonderful shots and a great season.
Secondly, great video! I hope I get to video my kids hunts like you as well.
Thirdly, you look to have a great spot! Cherish it please. I've never had an outing look like that, seeing so many deer, of so many different sizes and so close. Hunting strictly state land make my hunts much different than that hahaha (as I didn't see a deer my whole opening day).

Thanks a lot guys.  And Kopper, this isn't a "usual" year here either.  lol.  Deer just seem to be concentrated in this area for some reason.  There's corn all around us and acorns a plenty.  We are definitely cherishing it while it lasts.  I think it will get back to normal once all the corn is cut from the field.
