TallTines Stickflinger
« on: October 09, 2017, 10:13:00 AM »
Just picked up a 62" Stickflinger 47 pounds at 28" . Won't be able to shoot it for at least a couple weeks due to having a Bilateral Hernia surgery. (Both sides)
Curious to hear what everyone else's Stickflinger setups are? Pictures would be great! Not opposed to kill shots either!
If I can figure out posting pictures I'll get some of mine up.
 Thanks in advance,
Big Ed

Patrick Kelly (pdk25) has three of those buggers. Hopefully he will respond.

Check his thread out which includes all three longbows and a kill.

Love the Great Northern KickBack QD on my Stickflingers.

Ed, I'm sure you could get any 500 spines shaft to fly well out of that. Beautiful Ebony there.

Awesome looking Stickflinger!!! I'm hoping to hear from Brian next week about starting mine. As far as Quiver's go you can't go wrong with the Great Northern. However for mine I have a older Kanati. It has a smaller hood but holds 4 Simmons Safari's nicely or I'm going to put a EFA with the wing attachment at the gripper. I have a few of them and they are great. They strap on. Anyhow hope you heal up quick. Enjoy your new stick!

My stickflinger is easily becoming one of my favorite sticks. It has all the great qualities  (cast, quiet, smooth, perfect mass #,No handshock whatsoever, well built) in a custom bow.  Killed a doe Sat evening with it. Easton axis 500 Simmons land shark.  40 yard track. Mine is 62" 53# @ 28" I love this bow!
