Anyone Ever Heard of the ULTRA-TAB??
« on: November 06, 2007, 05:35:00 AM »
Hey all,

A buddy sent me a link to check out this new tab.  I have never heard of it before or seen any comments about it.  When I went to the site to check it out, I thought this thing just might be the end of gloves.  It is really interesting looking and seems like a great design.  You can check it out here:
 www.backfortygear.com/index.php

Has anyone used one or heard anything about this tab?  What do you think of it?  I would like to hear more about it and whether or not it is comfortable to wear and how well it works.  Do you have any information about it?

If this thing with the gloves doesn't work out for me pretty soon, one of these just might be in my future.

Check it out and post your thoughts please.

Nala

Interesting.   Just recently I switched to a tab. I spoke with some very experienced tournament archers before I did. They told me that almost all the really good tournament archers use tabs! Who am I to argue with their success? They recommended the Cavalier Elite Cordovan tab. 3Rivers sells them. Just use the tab. The other two pieces of metal parts throw away. I stuck with the tab for 2 weeks getting use to it and basically devoting myself to using it and it only. Now my groupings are tighter and my release is more consistant. I wouldn't give up this tab for anything now!

Looks good, saw one of our top archers using one yesterday at a local 3D range. I use a Neet cordovan tab; but may try one of those.

Buy an Angel tab and never look back...oh...and probably never have to replace it, unless you lose it. My $.02
