I would start with sponsors. If none are available, then take a look at Yaap Koppedrayer, who specializes in bamboo bows ( yumis) and arrows. He had finished bamboo / cane shafts at the Kalamazoo Expo that were incredible ( actually so were the prices for buying them... but, nothing hand made and good is cheap)
