Java Man Pics
« on: October 23, 2017, 04:57:00 PM »
Since several photos on here no longer show up due to the phototbucket issues, I was wondering if everyone could post pictures of their Java Man? I am trying to show a friend Gregg's work on here who is on the build list. Thanks in advance, and I hope you all are having a great season!

Also, I just received my new Falcon from him and Ill be sharing soon!

Love the no glass Duoflex.Very elegant and rarer bow.I think that one has a Wenge core.Mine did with bamboo back and osage belly. The pinstripe looks sexy in profile.

They shoot excellent as well. Its one I would like to have on my rack still.

Larry, you sure that's all of them?   :)

My lead time is down to 4-5 months and will be adding a stock bow page to my website in the next 2-3 weeks.

I appreciate all the nice comments.

Great looking bows. I general shoot recurves with high grips. I have a few longbows but struggle with a true long bow grip. Can the Elkheart or Assyrian be made/tiller with a higher grip.

So here is my new Falcon from Gregg. It's 50#@32", 60", 2pc, black Palm riser, karelian birch burl veneers, moose antler overlays and tips. The finest bow I have ever shot, smooth draw and release, aesthetically perfect, and well balanced. Gregg is not only an amazing bowyer, but makes you feel like a friend. I highly recommend Java Man!

Here's some photo's of my 60" Falcon with a not so impressive background. I can't say enough good things about it. It is so much fun to shoot and looks beautiful to boot.

Highly recommended.

I'm hoping I'll get my first deer ever this weekend with it. Fingers crossed.
