Tab

I got a tab and for the life of me I cant remember where... Hard for me to post a pic but though someone could tell me...
I had to send a check I could not pay on internet but there is a website. The guy was located in a western state I want to say Montana? The tab has a rubber "ring like" finger holder and it has 3 parts to it... leather with a different thin material in the middle... the third part is a wool type yellowish material...
Any ideas?

Can't remember Toelke? That's almost blasphemy!

Didn’t know anyone else made a user-assemble-to-suit tab. Those who have them, how do you like the rubber ring and materials choice?

I was worried when I got it that it would break but it has held up very well. Works well in humidity here in Florida.
