Can't post pics anymore, but I had a very simple, but powerful 62" baraga.  Just a good shooting bow in my opinion. That bow was getting 181fps at 11 grn.per pound at 50#

I have had Baraga's, Superiors, still have 2 Whispers. I need to get a classic at some point. They are top of the line in my opinion, great fit and finish, very good performance and Steve is just a great guy to deal with. I don't have any pics but I'm sure someone will put a few up.

Here's one I used to have.  Kick myself almost daily for letting this on go.  She was a 66" Black Beauty.  Bocote Riser and 4 lams of American Elm with black glass on back and belly.  Just outstanding!  Can't go wrong with a mist!

Trad',

Steve's bows are exceptional.  Among the most gratifying and mild mannered ASL's I have shot.  His attention to detail on the bows is "Superior", you won't find a mistake on one.  They are an excellent value.  He builds several other models not listed on his site occasionally, just call and discuss. He has a longbow for every need.

Not the greatest picture but it’s the only one on my phone at the moment. My NM Superior 66” long and 50lbs @ 29”

I also have a Baraga that I made a trade for back in 2006 that I absolutely love.

Thank you! It’s a beautiful bow but has taken me a while to figure out. Thanks to some advice on here I changed my grip up a bit and took almost all the thump out of her

My go to bow remains my Whisper. There is something about that bow that always draws me to it. 66" 51#@28. It loves heavy wood arrows.

I shouldn't have opened this.  Now I'm thinking about another one of Steve's bows.

I have two of Steve's Sheltons, and they are great. The only problem with Steve's bows is that I can't afford more of them.

I just received my bocote Baraga, it is 60" 49@28", and coco riser with osage/paduak accents with elk tips. Absolute perfect bow. Tempered boo cores, stunning veneers, and a joy to shoot.
Steve is top class, easy to work with.
