Whatever happened to the David Petersen film?

I remember David Petersen was working on a film with a videographer/editor about Elk hunting with traditional gear. I remember seeing the trailer for the film and fund raising going on but I lost track of how things were going. The trailer was excellent! Anyone know anything about this?
