Game animals that don’t know they are hit

Ive had it happen a fair amount... enough to develop criteria anyway.

They had no idea i was there

There were environmental factors; rain, wind or they were walking or feeding through noisy stuff like a group of hogs rooting in dry leaves kind of thing.


And they were somewhat distracted; feeding, rutting, raking, bugling, etc
Plus the fact the arrow didnt hit heavy bone
