Had a great experience dealing with Chuck while ordering my Echo - a bow I wanted for a long time and first ASL since my dog chewed the tip on my Northern Mist before I really got to shoot it. Chuck took some hand measurements and it fits perfectly and he was also able to make it 64" and tiller it for my T Rex armed draw length. I grabbed some random arrows and had them quickly flying perfectly so it doesn't seem very picky. Plus it has no real hand shock and it's whisper quiet....I don't really know what else to say but thanks, she'll be making lots of memories!!
