Can someone tell me what the scale of numbers signify??  mY BOW IS SHOWING 54 POUNDS BUT IT'S 50 AT 28 AND i DRAW 27.5----- i USE THE SCALE ALWAYS,,,,JUST COURIOUS

What type string are you using?

It could be that bow's dynamic spine at 27.5 measure's 54lb. Stu's calc is based on dynamic spine.

I believe you are referring to the dynamic spine. It your case the string b50 is not raising it but the center shot dim. is. The deeper the bow is cut to center line and past, the higher spine arrow it will require. The shallower like a longbow with no cut out, the weaker spine it will require.The longer your draw the higher and vise versa.A no stretch string will raise it also. You come out close because the center shot is a little more than making up for 1/2" less draw.The cal. is a good tool if all input is correct.>>---> Ken
