They're not native, but theres the sika in Maryland.  Apparently they're a challenge.

.    Same ole longbow I built 22 year’s ago, but I’m always changing up the arrows, the last harvest was with a 755 grain grizzly Stix , pretty impressed.

That's cool.  Buddy in Illinois finished his up a few years ago with his home made recurve.
