New Java Man

Got my new Double carbon T/D Elkheart today.  Gregg knocked it out of the park on this one!  Karelian Birch belly veneers, Curly Maple riser, Carbon back, Beaver tail grip with Sheep horn riser and tip overlays. 56" 53# @27" and really zips an arrow.

That is kick ass!! I won't ever stop loving Gregg's bows.  I recently acquired one of his earlier Shrew Classic Hunter Carbons with a carbon-foam core and its just too sweet. Good luck with your new stick!

Thanks. It shoots a lot better than I do! Just got it tonight so I've only got to shoot it in the dark under the porch lights. I have a lower pound Elkheart that is 60" that is as smooth as they get and it is a real shooter.

The Karelian Birch Burl looks a lot different when its stained.  Thats a cool looking veneer.  I have it on one of my Silvertips.
