I was able to log in before, using the information you gave me, but using the same information this morning I was unable to log in. I tried several times. I don't know what “refreshing the browser” means on an iPhone, but I did close the Safari browser and reopen it, which is about all I know how to do. During the day, I switch back and forth between my iPhone and iPad, depending on which I have with me at the time. This hasn't caused any problems before, but I thought I’d mention it.
