Does anybody know if these are made anymore? I have researched this tab, but couldn’t find where to buy one.

After Neet quit making them I made my own. Not hard to make, but for $12...
I am still using the first one I bought about 20 years ago.  Lost a few in the meantime

Go to "search" put in palm tab lots of info.

I just bought me some cordovan and I am going to rebuild my palm tabs and replace the cowhide with cordovan.

it's just a "tab" or "finger tab", not a "palm tab" - where'd that come from?

anyhoo, easy to make out of any appropriate leather, i like chromed latigo rather than cordovan.

There is a “palm tab” and stickhorse has it!  There are advantages to every kind of tab/glove, but the palm tab works well for many applications as it just tucks away for full use of the string hand
