let me guess, a story right? ok, this buck appeared about 100 yards out in front of me. i said c'mon over and he did. the deer walked in front of me at 15 yards. he was heading to a corn field. he looked up at me as i started my draw and i froze. he continued on for a few yards. he crossed in front of a big oak, beginning to crowd my right side. you right hand shooters know what i mean. it was an awkward shot, i drew to my mouth and let fly basically gun barreling down the arrow hitting him in the right shoulder. the arrow went in 9 inches for a double lung. he bolted 50 yards into the corn and went down. 53# checkmate falcon cedar arrow from kustom king and a deadly wensel woodsman head. whew! i was pumped. a doe in sept. and a buck in nov. God is good!
