I shot an indoor league this spring with 26 participants and I was the only trad shooter, it was a good experience, all were very nice and never give a second thought to what I was shooting, they paired me up with the best shooter they had, and we ended up in third.. I was very much suprised.

I just pick a spot, raise my bow, hit my anchor and release, guess it's instinctive, that's the way I was taught 40+ years ago.

We have an indoor 3D league that runs from January to the middle of April. There are about 70 shooters with about 12 active trad shooters. It is fun to stick an arrow right in the middle of a group of arrows flung by the wheelie boys.

300 rounds are GREAT practice.

They can help you focus on a spot and increase your level of concentration over longer periods of time when compared to one arrow at a time.

It's also a good gauge of you're accuracy and how well you compare to others.

It also sets a standard or a goal to shoot for to improve.

IMO, this would be a pretty close gauge.
An average barebow archer will average between 180 - 220.
An above average barebow archer will average between 220 - 240.
A good barebow archer will average between 240 - 260
A great barebow archer will average between 260 - 280.
A phenomenal barebow archer will average between 280 - 300, which is extremely rare.
