TARGET PANIC!!!!!!!!

I have been shooting a good bit this summer and here for the last week or so I ahve developed a bad case of TARGET PANIC!!!!!!   I have been shooting very well, but now i cant seem to hold an anchor and its really starting to get to me.  I know i am not the only one that this has happend to, any experienced shooters please help, before i go crazy.
