I'm really enjoying my copy. I'm getting more out of this one than I did vol.I. I consider the 1st one to be a good primer, and vol 2 is the "meat".
Ditto the sentiments of Tom on Steve Fausel's shooting. It's like butter.
I really REALLY liked the arrow tuning section, all three aspects.
Although I don't see myself seriously using string-walking, I found that segment very interesting.
Now, Larry Yien's recorded tutilage has changed my shooting. For the better. I watched his segment the most. I got my first of what would have been a robin hood with trad gear after watching this vid. Granted Mr. Jenkins covered gap in vol 1, but for some reason it didn't click in my dense head until now.
I say "would have been a robin hood" because I was shooting hex blunts at my faux deer when the point-to-nock contact was made.
The nock on the first arrow was smashed and the unibushing was driven into and then popped out of the carbon shaft. I use unibushings in these humongous CX shafts
.
Thanks for a GREAT vid.
