I think the temperature around Little Rock dropped considerably after I left.  How did that work out for you, John?

McDave,
The first day wasn't too bad, we had rain and cold temperatures, but we still manaaged to shoot outside.  The second day we had too much rain, we had to shoot inside at the archery shop and I came home to 3 inches of ice Wednesday night after all my flights got cancelled. I'm looking forward to my new bow from Rick and I'll let you know how it shoots.

If you cut up your wife's french leather purse to make a tab, does that make you a redneck?

hey Griz...glad it went well.  i am really getting excited to go.  I was going to go in feb but decided to wait til march due to the potential of bad weather.  I am hoping I hit a nice weather pattern when I go (march 5th and 6th).

Would you mind sharing your "before and after" shooting improvement?

by the way, you will love rick's bow.  I bought one about year and a half ago and absolutely love it.

I am curious as to where Rick teaches you to anchor on your face. I have shot for years split finger, with my index finger at the corner of my mouth. A few years ago I switched to 3-under,but still with my index finger at the corner of my mouth. Last year I moved my anchor point up to my middle finger at the corner of my mouth. It doesn't feel more comfortable, but it seems to be more accurate.

Where does Rick teach you to anchor?????
I only shoot WOOD arrows... My kid makes them, fast as I can break them!
