Experience would be a big help. And to relocate is going to be tough for anyone out of this area. And the wages are not that good starting out. We work as a team, everyone has his or her job to do and can overlap on procedures. I have had a couple good PMs already. This is a business that I hope will be here longer that I will, so there are lots of possibilities. Bob

I can tell ya Bob is one heck of a nice guy too. I've sat around/enjoyed a number of campfires with him and never met anyone who hasn't enjoyed his company, given the chance. Hope ya find a good'un, Bob.

Looks like we we are at a dead end again, Some real good bowyers, but to far away. Thanks for all that showed an interest. I'll just have to keep things as they are for know. I do have a 12 year old grandson, maybe????.

JC, You need to sweet talk her a little more, Tell her about all the big bucks here, she will think your talking dollars    And your in until she finds out  the bucks are running around in the woods....
