Moving up from a 45-57 lb longbow... I also have a 50 lb recurve that I had been shooting well... At my draw its closer to 43-54# bow... both longbows are the same cept poundage,,,
I feel as though, My draw elbow isn't consistently coming around despite hitting anchor and other form issues being the same... ressure is felt on inside of elbow on the tricep/back side... Is this just a develop shooting muscle thing, or can anyone help?
