Shrew grip

How do you grip a Shrew?  I shoot a Hill style bow with a dished grip and use a full contact grip.  Would this work with a Shrew or do you use a grip that is more off of the web of the hand?

I got this right from Ron:

The "meat" of your thumb is on the axis of the bow.  The "heel" of your hand is on the side.

I have some pictures he sent, and i will see if I can find them....

Yup Bob has is right from the way Ron explains it.  I tend to not put as much "heel" in the bow as Ron recommends and grip it more in the web at the base of my thumb.
