having trouble gettin alum inserts out of 35-55
any suggestions pretty sure they arnt glued

What does getting inserts out of an arrow have to do with the act of shooting a bow?
Everybody, you should read the rules for each forum before posting on any of them, it would make life a lot easier for the moderators.
